Testing, Quarantine , and Post-Infection

Testing & Quarantine

Quarantine is a period when you get exposed to a person with covid 19 symptoms or positive test of COVID 19. You need to keep yourself quarantine in separate room in for 14 days. Some exceptions, if you don’t have any symptoms after 7 days, then you may get tested for COVID 19 RVP, if negative then you may come off quarantine. Otherwise, you may wait for 14 days to finish your quarantine before you may resume your work or routine activity.

Post-Infection

You might remain positive for COVID 19 PCR for the next 90 days. So please do not retest yourself for the next 90 days or until you have new respiratory symptoms or shortness of breath. You might have long haul covid which could require you to use supplement oxygen for prolonged periods of time.
